Dear Sir: I visited this fanchise and asked for a gift card that I assumed would be good at any Verizon store nationwide since they are a nationwide communication company.instead, I was sold a gift certificate that ended up being redeemable at only a few select stores in this area! It was supposed to be a gift card for someone who lived a thousand miles away. Do you think that was right since I mentioned it was to be a Xmas gift. Nothing insofaras any restrictions were mentioned at that time! I tried to resolve the issue by asking for my money back since itwas basically useless to me at that point. The gift certificate was$40.00 made out to Trevor Franklin. "No cash refunds" was my reply. And, of course "no cash refund" was printed on the giftvertificate too. I don't think it was right or fair. Personally it is cutthroat and not a good representation of Verison's reputation. I'm going to tell as many people as I can to stay clear of Verizonand anything they have to offer. Sincerely, A retired management Verizon employee for 36 years.
