Stephen Wayne Funding source to enable a PB client to purport a scam

Pitney Bowes has partnered with a vendor to provide a lead source for seminar/workshop participation. The vendor (Seminar Crowds! Inc.) uses faulty data to develop a direct mail campaign and is funded by PB. Pitney Bowes demands unconditional payment from the client of Seminar Crowds (me) and claims Pitney Bowes has no obligation to require the vendor to deliver a legitamate product. Stay away from the scam!
