Company provides a service by direct mailing prospects for workshop (seminar) participation. The mail/marketing data purchased and then used is faulted with incorrect demographics. The scam takes place when the direct mail pieces are sent out after the project is fully funded by the client or the client's funding source (Pitney Bowes Purchase Power). No recourse is available.
