Fail to repair a Samsung DLP that blew a red LED bulb or drive

I bought a Samsung DLP back in Feb 09 which replaced a Sony that was under warrenty. The red LED blub or driver went out so they say. They never opened up the TV to check anything the serviceman was on the phone asking questions to someone else about it so at this point they are just guessing what is wrong with it. I believe there is more wrong that what they say. I turned it in Jan 18th they come here the 19th and here i sit with a screwed up TV they don't call back and are very short with me when I call them I am at the point of sueing Topps and HHgregg. Now get this I just figured this 1 both tv's I bought the extended warrenty for 5 years is where they screw you. The TV already has a factory warrenty for a year which you would think with the 5 that you bought will give you 6 years I guess 1 and 5 don't equal 6 in their math. All they give you is 5 total. I got on Samsungs web site and it says the red LED bulb and driver is back ordered and will take 4 weeks or longer they don't know for sure. That sure is a way to run a business.
