Ubelievably poor costumer service

I purchased a Samsung LCD TV from HHGREGG 11.in addition, I paid $500 for an extended warranty thru GE. 4 the tv went black and stopped working. I called HHGREGG only to be transferred to TOPPS ELECTRONICS (INDY) to schedule a service appointment. 4/28/09 spoke with Topps rep re: tv repair. He was sure it was a board that had gone out. 5/4/09 first attempt at replacing board was unsuccessful. Ordered another board and scheduled second appt. 5/12/09 second attempt to replace another board was unsuccessful. Techs explained it "could be" the panel for the tv. I called Topps on 5/15/09 to find out the status of the parts and third appointment. Topps rep explained that the part had just been approved the day prior and they would order it and schedule asap. I also called GE to find out how many attempts Topps could make before they just replace the tv. Come to find out the TOPPS REP LIED to me and the estimate hadn't even been sent thru to GE. A GE rep called TOPPS and they were preparing it as I held on the phone. I recieved verbal approval from the GE rep that it was "cost effective for GE to change the panel, then to replace the tv." 5/19/09 followed-up with Topps to find out the status of the panel and another appt. Topps said that the part hadn't been approved by GE and basically my verbal approval meant nothing. I could not contact any Manager on Topps or GE's end. There was no direct number and conveniently everyone was "out to lunch" at 11am! I did leave a voice mail message on 5/18/09 for GE costumer relations... I still have not received a call back! During my contact with Topps the rep was extremely rude and transferred me mid-sentence to different rep. That night a rep from Topps called to confirm that GE approved the part and that it was ordered and expected to arrive 5/26/09. She scheduled an appt for 5/27/09.5/26/09 I recieved a voice mail cancelling the appointment b/c the part had not arrived.

It's 5/29/09 and I have not received a call back re: my tv repair! I paid close to $2800.00 for my tv with the extended warranty and this is the charades I have been put through. I also sent a letter to Ray Graft (GE costumer relations) I am still waiting on a reply. I would not recommend purchasing any electronic/appliance from hhgregg or anyplace that deals with topps electronics and/or ge warranties!!!
