Line in the middle. Called the warranty company on Jan. 8th 2014. They had a local company on Winston to come out and get the TV. After 2 weeks I made about 10 calls and found out the TV was unfixable. They said HHGregg would give us a voucher for a new tv. Called back a few days later and the said HHGregg had the voucher. We went to the store and ask for the voucher and they said they had no such thing. I talked to the manager but got nowhere. Still have no tv or voucher. N it had been 19 days without a tv.
