I recieved an MP3 player as a gift and there was a coupon for 50 free downloads from eMusic.com. I signed up and tried to download music, but my computer was messing up that night. So, the next night I tried again. I was able to download music that night.
I checked my bank accout the following Friday, and there were charges from the first night I tried to download music and those downloads weren't successful. I tried contacting regarding the issue only to recieve a generic automated response every time. I looked eMusic up on this website and found that I'm not the only one to have been ripped off. I decided to close the eMusic account, and told them there should be no further charges and that I want a refund for the charges made to my account, only to recive more generic automated responses.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and now the complaint. They're also not an accredited business through the BBB.
