My husband got an mp3 player at Christmas. Came with offer for 7 day trial of free downloads. He was so excited. Isn't computer savy. Couldn't get it to work. Never downloaded anything from emusic. 5 MONTHS LATER!!! I'm checking my bank account online in JULY and there's a charge for $31.99 from emusic.com. AND looking back a charge in JUNE also! I ask my husband what is going on and he calls the number for Customer service and they are very willing to cancel, but condesending about refund. Sited that the policy was listed on the website. Unsympathetic to not getting any music to download on our computer. They could clearly see from his account that he did not get ONE note of music from them for his $63.98. When no service has been provided, I think a refund is best for business. Shame on you emusic. I'm very disappointed in your company.
