This is the FIRST and last time I will buy ink from a makeshift store instead of OxxxMxx. 1st mistake: don't ever buy a lexmark printer, as ink runs upwards of $80. As I'm trying to exchange my ink because I mistakenly bought the #20 cartridge, the first store sends me to the Lexington Kinko's because "It's a bigger store." The clerk at Lexington tells me I need to know the number of the cartridge I need, completely ignoring that the backs of the boxes list compatible printers. It turns out they didn't have the cartridge I needed anyway. Then he refuses me a refund even though I have my receipt and bought the ink less than a week ago. He says I need to go to the exact store i bought it from. Being that he wasn't knowledgeable on literacy to begin with, I am dubious about his alleged refund policy. Am I asking for too much here?
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
