Hey, my name is Ricky and i am an up and coming hip-hop producer out of the greater Boston area. On January 18th I placed an order to a man named Arm, founder of Factory Media 15. I purchased a "Myspace Layout: Package 2" for $250. After, he told me that it will take about 2 weeks to complete the design because of the heavy workload. I considered that a reasonable amount of time so I patiently waited. After the two weeks were up, I still did not receive my design.
So, I then contact him and he says that there has been a server crash in his system and it will be fixed by the end of the following week. I wait, then at the end of the week I still do not get my page. After about a month, he said his server has been fixed and he asked me to send my login info to him so he can load the page that night.
He, again, never loads the page. This goes on for about a year of him keep making different excuses and keeps saying "i'll have the page loaded by the end of the week", the design still never is received.
After about 6 months I requested a refund and Arm tells me that there is no refund on purchases that are already in the process of being made. He then goes on says that the page will be loaded by the end of the week. I still do not receive my design.
So now, today is February 9 (a year and 22 days after I had placed my order) and I still have not received my design.
