I paid Taste of Ink for three designs ($660 extra $420) to insure that some extra effort went into my logo design. I provided a one page Project Request outlining what I wanted & didn't want in this design. It appeared that they never read it, or my answers to their list of "canned" email questions sent to me. One example, my company starts with a letter "V" and I requested that they NOT do the the design based on this letter as I have not been impressed by this concept in the past. This comment was in the first paragraph of my Project Request, and the first answer to their list of "canned" questions. 2 of the 3 designers did exactly this; did a logo design with the "V". The first design was ok but didn't fit my company, the second design was a common, not-so-unique design, that I could never legally trademark, & the third design was simply awful! I'm limited to 1000 characters here, so I can't share more, but be aware that their are no refunds, contracts & nothing stated on website
