Original purchase of "Aside" at a reduced price in 2008. Request for additional purchase at regular price turned down and cancellation of the use of this company (terminated). Agent involved said that he had taken care of this request. Then over the next year we saw charges on our same credit card for this company. A second call was made and we were told that originally we has signed (actually checked a box) that continued their online service. We again requested termination of this service. Then this year we noticed the return of this charge under a new name. We immediately found that we had missed new charges in 2009 after the name of the company had been changed. I requested again to get this service stopped and a refund granted for 2009 charges. The agent was only able to refund up to 6 months. We are still owed back charges for services not rendered or used of $239.60. This scam is really insideous with the changes of the company names to conceal the charges at different intervals. It appears from other usacomplaints.com that this is a thing that has been happening to many people.
