In November we leased a house from Third Coast Investments, LLC, and we have since moved. Since that time, Third Coast Investments, LLC has refused to return our security deposit and the payment for utilities (as per our lease agreement).
We have to sued Third Coast Investments, LLC and Jephery Burnett (the owner of Third Coast Investments) in JP court for the return of the security deposit and payment of utilities and we were awarded the judgment. Jephery Burnett and Third Coast Investments, LLC have yet to pay the monies that are owed to us.in fact, we have recorded an Abstract of Judgment with the county.
Jephery Burnett also is the owner of JB Contractors & Development, LLC.
