JB Contractors contacted my company Southern American INC, for an estimate. I looked at the property of intrest and faxed an estimate. The estimate was accepted and work was completed. I was told a check would be sent in two weeks (2). JB Contractors had me do another estimate which was also accepted. I was in the middle of the second work order when the JB Contractor check bounced.
I was assured the matter would be handled by JB. Since I was in the middle of the contract I finished the job. However, 2 months have passed since the bad check, and finished work. I got the District Attorney involved on the criminal act of bad check. However, I am out both contracts for 9,000.
