I applied for debt relief, did in fact sign up for program, because the company "kirkland green" claimed it would put a stop to all the harrassing/threating calls by creditors... Began immediatly with drawing $494.00 the first month and in excess of $550.00 the second month... This was to go on for 42 months. Found out in the meantime, because i am fully disabled, i am not allowed by law to particapate in any such programs. Advised kirkland green in writing and phone, they cancelled program yet refuse to refund any monies... They, kirkland green made no payments to creditors or nego., with them, so where is the money??? They refuse to answer any questions... Is this fair to do this? They never asked if i was disabled or anything like that... Just wanted the $... I would be very cautious of any debt relief program/company but especially kirkland green from irving california
