Mysterious charges showed up on my account. 2 x $29.99 and 2 x $39.99. I disputed and luckily bank reimbursed me. I found them online at valvesoftware.com - 520 Kirkland Way. Kirkland, WA 98033 - (425) 889-9642, but of course its a robo answering machine. I recently bought a dell and saw valves logo on my desktop but deleted the program since i do not game. I bought the dell with a different account so it doesn't make sense or coincidence? Dell couldn't help. I will be filing several complaints!
