My husband ordered a Dell Keyboard 5X486 Inspiron 1100 Laptop on 12/16. Our bank account was charged for that item on 12/17. As of today 2/9 we still have not received the Dell keyboard and have no contact information from this company. I have been all over the internet looking for contact information & have not had any luck. The email that we did receive states you will receive 2 additional emails with contact information, which we have not received. I believe that they are SCAM artists. I would like to get my $19.95 back or my Dell Keyboard from this company.
On the same day our bank account was also charged 3 other separate charges ($362.00 from Zuju.com & $3.32 & $3.32 from ebookers.com). I think that buycomputerpartsdirect.com or Compu Technologies is the one who charged these fraudlent charges to our bank account.
