Promised Me a custom made speaker Cabinet by end of year, as in 2009. Paid in full. No response to phone calls, or e-mails

Mark has quite a scam. With a up to a 90 day build time, and PayPal only protecting you for 45 days, he has it all.
Paid in full back in November, and was promised by end of year, and now he doesn't answer the phone, or respond to e-mails, and have found that I'm not alone.
