Do not do business with lostpeople.com or any of jody & chris leathermans websites. All you will have is headaches in dealing w/them. You do not get a live person to talk to (its all automated) there mailbox is always full, the questionaire they ask u to fill out when trying to find out the status of the report u ordered i really don't believe they read them. The only time u will get a response is when u turn them into the consumer protection agency or the attorney generals office (i did both) also i found out that they pickup there mail ONCE a MONTH or LESS. Where on there website they state u will have the information sent to your website within 1 to 4 days i sent them a money order for $39.00 back on Dec 19 when i didn't receive the information by the middle of january i tried getting in touch w/them to no avail. I checked w/the co that i puchased the money order from it had not been cashed so i filed to get my money back only to be charged a $15.00 processing fee the yesteday i got my m. O back from chris leatherman she picked up the mail from th p. O box on January 28.. She seems to think by apologizing its a closed issue. It isn't. She & her husband are veery unprofessional & they have no regard for there customers. I really feel the should be reported to the webmaster who hopefully will shut them down there website is misleading & they should not be allowed to continue to operate.
