Gary Hoops ripped off two of our mortgage finding clients for more than $8,000.00 by telling them that he was an attorney and he would sue the credit reporting agencies to remove negative information from their credit reports. He gave them fake addresses and phone numbers for his office contact. He is wanted by the Sacramento County Sherriffs Dept. And Scaramento City Police Department for grand theft and Fraud.
