Kim Hinkle is the owner of My Elegant Paws in Sacramento, Ca. I purchased a $3500.00 AKC full Parquin male yorkshire terrier pup named Prince from Kim Hinkle as a birthday gift for my disabled daughter. (My daughters 11th birthday)
Per mine and Miss Hinkles phone conversations as well as 2 emails from Miss Hinkle, on 9/4/09 I mailed Miss Hinkle $2500.00 and then on 9/11/09 mailed the final payment of $1500.00, totaling $4000.00. ($500.00 of this last payment was a deposit on a full Parquin female named Lovely that Miss Hinkle was going to allow me to make monthly payments of $1000.00 each month, starting December 09.) Females price was $4500.00 and would be paid off in the Spring of 2010.
Both dogs were with FULL rights per our phone conversations and the emails Miss Hinkle sent to me on 8/30/09. She and I even discussed me breeding Prince to Lovely.
Long story short, Kim pretended it was too hot to flight Prince to me (he was already paid for in full) and instead wanted to flight me Lovely COD (even though she was suppose to be younger than Prince) and she told me that when I had her paid off, she would send me her AKC papers but that I would NOT have full breeding rights with this female! I of course refused and requested she send me my $4000.00 back and for her to keep both dogs. As of todays date, I have NOT recieved my $4000.00. Miss Hinkle has stated that deposits are not refundable, but Prince was paid for in full. The ONLY deposit was on Lovely and that was $500.00.
I have contacted Channel 3 television station in Sacramento, BBB, and lemon.com. I have also told my story on yorkietalk.com and I have an Atty.involved as well.
Everything I have posted here is the honest truth and I can prove it and will in a court of law.
