Executive Gay Dating (executivegaydating.com) has lifted my profile and photograph from another dating site, and has been distributing it to their clients. I have done the research, and have found MANY posts about how they scam their clients out of several thousand dollars, and make them pay by check.
I am tired of being harrassed by one of their clients, in particular. I will not disclose his name at this time, but he has been sending me emails for several months now. I've received other updates from them, trying to introduce me to men in Spain and other random places.
I am not interested. I have emailed their marketing director several times, and the emails continue.
Do I have any legal right to go after these people?
