I was shopping at Target one evening at the Schofield, Wisconsin store. I was doing my digital photos and having some difficulty with those machines. I am not well educated to say the least when it comes to them. There was only ONE gentleman that was working behind the photo counter and his name was AL.
There seemed to be a lengthy output of pictures running through for him that he needed to work on and another customer beside me needed help. The very gracious employee AL would always look our way ever few minutes to make sure us "women" didn't have on that real "CONFUSED" look on our faces. AND as soon as we did, AL would drop whatever he was doing and come immediately to our rescue. Never once did this man have a sigh or hesitation in his voice. So willing to come help and give me his 100 attention. He did this with a smile on his face that really made me feel so much more at ease and relaxed for the large order I had ahead of myself. I've never had this sort of customer service before. I for once felt like a "Princess" in a way. I felt like someone at a store finally cared about where their paycheck came from... From their customers. If every store had a few more of "AL", this world would be a much better, much safer place. I strongly believe that. He is a huge asset to that Schofield, Wisconsin store. It was actually MY PLEASURE that he waited on me. Thank you Target for the most greatful Employee you have to offer! Because of this man, I will be back!!!
