I was at this Walmart with my family yesterday. We were there to do some shopping and also get some pictures done in there 1 hour photo center. Well we put our disc in the machine at the photo center and it would not load. So the 2 women that were working were not busy at all and just standing over to the side talking really loud with some friends. So I walk up and say "excuse me" and one of them did not even stop talking and the other turned around with a really hateful look on her face and said "WHAT"... I told her the problem we were having and she looked at us and said " I don't know" and then walked away back to her friends. I can not even imagine treating someone like that. The people who work at this store are all rude from the front to the back. There customer service sucks there pharmacy employees are just as rude. They NEVER have enough lanes open and if you need help with something you can forget it at this store. I took my family and left the store without getting anything we needed. We went to another store to do our shopping and get our photos done. When we left the store I called and asked to speak with a manager and the "customer service" was no help. I said " Is there a manager in I can speak with please?" She said "I don't know. Hold on." Well no one EVER pick the phone up again. I can not stress enough HOW VERY AWFUL THIS STORE IS. I have to drive double the miles to the next store like Target or the like BUT I don't care I will never ever step foot in this store again.
