I ordered a pair of UGG boots for my daughter in November and was told they would arrive in 3-7 days. They arrived 4 weeks later. I realized that they were fake, sent them back. This is now 4 weeks later, and I've been told that my refund is in processing, but a week has gone by and no refund. I think I've been scammed.
