Nov. 30, I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this site. After ten days, I started to get nervous finding out that the tracking numbers they provided were fake. I called my credit card company and had them dispute the charge. Luckily, they took it off my bill and went after their money. The totally fake UGG boots arrived on Dec. 12. I emailed excellentboots within a week after the boots came asking for instructions to return them. I also told them exactly what I thought of their criminal activity. I never heard anything until Jan. 4 when I got an email from them saying I got the boots so cancel the chargeback at my bank and if I didn't, they would be filing papers to fight it. THE NERVE!!! I have filed a claim with the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) against Excellentboots.com. Please do the same. Lets get this criminal scam site off the inernet before more innocent people lose their hard earned money.
