F rating (the lowest) with the Better Business Bureau! I work for a university as a computer and network tech. We ordered a new Samsung hard drive from this business and were sent a refurbished drive with 4 dents in the case which fact was verified by 3 techs. The drive failed Samsung diagnostics. We informed the supplier that we were sent the wrong part. He denied that he deals in refurbished parts. His correspondence turned rude, belligerent and totally unprofessional very quickly and he blamed us or UPS for the damage to the drive. The box was undamaged and we inspected the drive immediately upon opening. So the damage was NOT cause by mishandling by us or UPS.
