F rating (the lowest) with the Better Business Bureau! I work for a university as a computer and network tech. We ordered a new Samsung hard drive from this business and were sent a refurbished drive with 4 dents in the case which fact was verified by 3 techs. The drive failed Samsung diagnostics. ...
