Please consider another vendor for your website, hosting, email, analytics, bulk mail system, blog, and general development. This company is nothing more than Smoke and Mirrors.
I knew something was up when I kept hearing a bell go off in the background every time I called in to them (they ring a bell every time they sell someone a site).
There are companies that are concerned with quality, craftsmanship, and customer service... And from my experience this isn't one of them.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Utah BBB and my credit card company.
I've been robbed over $1,000 and 2 months of my time.
Back to the drawing board. From now on... 1) usacomplaints.com 2) BBB 3) list of references 4) read the fine print and go with local talent.
I am officially tainted.
