On February 1st 2010 I was schedulled to pick up two clients in Winnetka Il. 6am and 6-15am within three blocks from each other, seems like nothing nteresting-usual limo-things on Monday morning. Both clients have to go to O'Hare airport. The real things were: The clients were never notified that they will share the limo (it is not a big deal, but in Universal Limo it is a common practice). The real time frame between those two pick-ups was 45 min (my first client had to wait inside the car) When my client called Universal and spoke to Kristina Miller and Gordon Simic trying to resolved this matter peacefully and try to get to the airport to make his flight-the answer from Universal owner Gordon Simic was: yelling profanities on my client, telling him to get the hell out of limo and find the way to the airport if he does not want to wait. After all, we spoke to the second client and he told us that his pick up time was not the same that I had. When I addressed it to Gordon-He screamed, swearing, made a life threats to me and my family, had me bring the limo to him and had me fired. Costumer service-wise-Universal Limousine in St. Charles Il is the worst company I've been ever near in my entire life. I was with this company for 2years and saw many cases of verbal abuse, misthreating, very poor time schedulling, inaccuracy. Dispatcher never new where the drivers, their services devices never worked, drivers been constantly on weekly base charged for services they never provided. Gordon Simic is a mean, abusive, unintellectual, psychotic individuals.
