I paid Tom Heckman $195.00 for a email campaign that he was to design for me.
He would not call me toll free to discuss the campaign or communicate with me via email or any other way.
I have been requesting a refund for several months with no response.
Since I paid through Google Check Out, it looks like the money is gone.
