Like the previous post, I too paid for bulk email marketing. I was to have received 2,000, 000 emails. I knew it was going to be an issue when I receive zero customer service with suggestions on drafting my ad. John Lucus, apparently the owner of the company, would only communicate with me via email; they never answer the number provided.
My site receives on average 30-50 visits daily. Upon conclusion of my email campaign, my visits never changed averaging 35 visits per day. With a campaign of that size, I expected to have a couple of hundred visits daily. I telephone John Lucus upon conclusion of the campaign. He never returned my telephone call. I sent him a strong email voicing my concern that they never sent out any emails. His response was "what do you want me to say?". There was no furter communication.
NEVER use this company for email marketing. John Lucus is a liar.
