I purchased an auto warranty for my 2005 Saturn L300 on 10/15/08 3:45PM. It cost $1,099.00. I had no problem with the car until the engine light went on on 02/01/10. I tried to contact the company to initiate a claim (888-645-5020). That number and their main 888 number and their local number all all disconnected! I am so very upset with this. You give your money in good faith and you expect to received service when the occasion occurs. Apparently I am now out the $1,099 I spent on the warrenty and around $1,000 that is the estimate for the repairs.
Anyone else in the perdiciment? Anyone working on a legal angle? Please advise.
