I bought an MSL-77000R home theater system several years ago. I just recently tried to hook it up and the remote unit will not work, making the unit totally useless. I need another remote control unit for this system. Can anyone provide a contact phone number for the dist or mfg of this unit? It will not work without the remote. If you have a spare working remote, please contact me. I sure need one. Surely there is a dist or mfg or sales rep around that can provide me with said remote.
