My younger brother is in an accident in Northern California. The truck is taken to Wittmeier Auto Body in Chico.
The comes back missing multiple parts. The vehicle makes ridiculous noises driving down the road. Multiple parts that were broken in the accident weren't even repaired.
We placed MULTIPLE calls the the body shop and were basically told "so what". We call the manager MULTIPLE times and he doesn't even have the decency to respond to phone calls!
End result they say that it is our fault for not telling them what needed fixed up front! These are supposed to be the professionals!
We file a BBB complaint and they respond that we didn't bring up any of this until 12 months after the vehicle was released to my brothe
