I ordered a trial product for 99 cents, received product and then was billed $149.00 subscription. I do not need a subscription. I received the product on January 25 and was billed on January 29th for this subscription. I immeadiately cancelled and the company refused to credit but accepts my cancellation. They report the 15 day period for the trial was overextended but I disagree. I have sent them the dates of the product being recieved and reported cancellation and refund required. They have denied my refund.
This company needs to be dealth with and other people being ripped off need to know before they sign up for the trial item.
There is no address on the website, you have to dig it up and when you try to leave the site they have several pop-ups trying to get you to order.
BEWARE and try to help those ripped off collect their refunds.
