I placed an order for the buxton cell phone wallet as seen on tv. When i got the confirmation email, there was an outrageous amount for the packing & handling fee (p & h).. Not the $7.95 as stated in the ad. Theyh wanted to charge me $31.80 for 2 wallets. The ad called for a buy one at $9.95 and get the 2nd one free. You pay only the p & h of $7.95?
I cancelled my order on-line with the customer service address they gave me, but they never sent me a confirmation email. When i went back to the customer service section, i checked the status and it said my order had been cancelled.
I wanted to call to confirm that it was cancelled but there was no phone number for customer service. They say in the ad that you have a 30 day money back guarantee, and your money will be returned except the p & h (which is higher than the product itself). Is there any way i can find the customer service number? I tried googling it, but could not find anything. I'm afraid that they will say that it was shipped out before i cancelled it and be charged for the p & h.
