Consumer Advocate Group, New Horizon Funding & Realty INC, Home Sweet Home Consultants Scam loan modification Co, wanted $7K up front, pretended my house had sold at foreclosure auction (but it had not) & they could get it back for an add't $1K

I need to report a situation for investigation to all interestedinvestigators. A loan modification company hiding behind the Name of NewHorizon Law Office, tried to get me to give them $7,000 ($4,000 up front) FridayJan 22nd. The following day, Jan. 23rd, I got a distress 911 call from them claiming that "my house had been sold" the day before, but they could get the bank to reverse itfor $1,000. I gave them a check to hold today when I would have thefunds. They pressed really hard for this money and now wanted the $4000 withintwo weeks. I was in tears at this point. They said leave the date and payablepart blank. Long story short, I called Chase directly on Wednesday, to discoverthat my house had NOT been sold and did NOT ever have a sale date of the22nd. It did have a pending sale date oftoday Jan. 29th, but my call directly to Chase and their attorney canceledtoday's sale, and my new modification package will be shipped out in a coupleweeks.
The loan mod company did not count on me figuring out what they were upto, which was to let me think it was sold to an undisclosed 3rd party lastweek (which would have been them, and for me to buy my own house back from them, and pay their attorney $7,000 to represent me in the buy back. When they went tothe court house today to bid on my house, they discovered that my sale had beencanceled. As a result, they just called me and said "congratulations"we just got your house back and need you to come in and sign the paperwork forthe modification with us (committing me to the $7,000), and we need to deposityour $1000 check for getting the sale reversed. There are more details, but toomuch to email.
I've been trying to qualify to stay in my house with Chase on myown for months now. I was on a trial mod with them since last May, and have notmissed any of my trial payments in the eight months that I've been goingthrough their process. But they finally told me on Jan. 13th that I did nothave adequate income to qualify for a modified payment, which is what triggeredthe foreclosure sale date of today (which they did not notified me about). Idid everything they asked, and Chase simply told me that I must qualify to stayin my home, that they just can't give me a modification. So they then said Ieither have to pay the past due amount, or start the entire modificationprocess all over from scratch. This is what triggered my need to seek outsideassistance to ensure that I could get qualified going forward.
However, I foundNew Horizon, this crooked loan mod company, who tried to steeling my houseright from under my nose. Most likely, there are a number of people who werenot so lucky to outsmart them at their own game, and still more people comingto them daily seeking help to save their homes from foreclosure. New Horizons is running late night TVcommercials and they have an office on Ventura Blvd.in Tarzana. I want to do mypart at exposing their scam. Can you help me do that? Can you please not brushthis matter aside and give it to whomever else would find this kind of matterimportant to investigate, stop and expose? (PS, I did not let them know that Iknow that my house was not up for sale on the 22nd or that it was not sold andtherefore could not have been recovered by them, nor that I called my lenderdirectly to stop the real sale date of today.)
