Eden Cosmetics It took the FBI Internet Fraud and 2 State's Attorneys to get a refund from these scammers

You are not the 1st, nor will you be the last they scam by promising a "FREE TRIAL" then charging your credit card for an auto ship program, and for the sample which is outrageously small for the price they charge. They will not deal with you on the phone nor by email.

SO, do what I did: Contact the State's Atty for Pennsylvania and your state, as well as the FBI Consumer Fraud/Internet Unit. Copy them on all of your correspondence and file a formal complaint with each. Also, cc: your credit card company and file a grievance with them about being defrauded and charged for services/products you did not order. THEN, they will refund you all of it, accept nothing less than a 100% refund and make sure that you state that in all of your correspondence with the atty's, FBI, etc.

The website cited above has a lot of good info, including the name, address, etc. Of the owner - you will need these for your correspondence with your State's Atty/Consumer Fraud divisions. Best of Luck!
