Warranty Activation Headquarters has taken unauthorized money out of my account numerous times. I called to complain the first time about unauthorized money that was taken out, put back in and taken out again and caused me a overdraft fee which the overdraft fee was fixed the first time this occured but not my monet that was taken out. Yeah they were very fast and prompt returning the money for the overdraft fee the first time it happened. I also ask the sales rep if this was going to continue to happen and I was told no its been taken care of so dont worry I was ok about it but kinda skeptic.
The second time they took out the money it was like oh well call the police thats what a guy name Brian told me over the phone from Warranty Activation like who cares not my problem. He was very rude and quick to get me off the phone. They continue to take money out of my account when they want authorized and secondly told me this would not occur again and agian so the first time it was taken care of YEAH RIGHT that's what I thought.
If I did want a warranty I surley wouldnt get one fromt this company they are the rude and dishonest and most of all thieves!!!
