The salesman will quote you a great low price, but you must give him a $50 deposit to lock in that price. He assures you that you can change your plans whenever you want, just pick a moving date, make a deposit, and he will guarantee today's special rate. Problem is, if you decide not to move, they are keeping your $50. Doesn't matter if you give them 30 days notice, they are keeping your money. Check them out at BBB.org and see the rating they have earned with the Better Business Bureau, "D"! I was told that the salesman who took my deposit no longer works there, and they didn't care that he never told me the deposit was nonrefundable. What a scam!
