This company is disservice to the cumsumer out there who really needs help. I sign up with them only to regret it. The sale person jeff duke @ext 166 told me that i would have access to an account to track the progress of my car note restructure. The very next day after taking my money i called him back to inform him that i cannot access my account due to the pass word does not work only to leave a messege on the customer service line @ ext 507. Jeff does not returns calls if your not signing up to spend money. He told me on the day that i sign up and paid that i would rec'd a options report in 3/5 days to choose what course of actions that they would pursue. Not true its been 4 weeks with no options report i've left messeges with jeff and customer service over 20 times with not one phone call back. I wished i had read the reveiws on trust link.com before spending my time and money. I am not the only one with the exact problem with this company.
All the phone number that are posted for this company is only answerd by a machine and they will not return your call. The only way to get a live person is to call the 800# and act like a new victim of their fraud, i got lucky and the person who answer'ed the 1 out of countless times i called to explain what was going on with my options report told me that the computer system is down have been down for weeks. I wondered how a business can operate like that with out being a scam. This is a scam and a ripoff the sales people how answer the 800# all read from the same script and if you question them and explain that you are a current customer who already paided they will, a) hang-up on you, b) tranfer you over to an answering machine and tell you somebody will call you back. If you have already invested time and money, call your bank and contest the charges before its too late save yourself the frustation.
