I was applying for a loan online and this company reached out to me after a couple days. I thought they were for real because of the mannerism used and the valid contracts and emails I received. The only person I was able to talk to from that company was someone called Jeff Gordan and he email me from jeff. [email protected] and his phone number was 877 496 0300 ext 14. After he contacted me the first time he gave me three options to secure my loan. I was not eligible for two of them so I decided to secure it with insurance. He told me that it would cost $400 to secure it with the insurance and that I would have to pay it through their company's western union account. I thought it was a little fishy at first but decided to go through with it. My friend loaned me the $400 and it cost $28 to send it to these people. He then told me it would take two hours for the funds to get transferred into my account and that I should call him after 2 hours if I didn't receive the money. When I realized I never got it I called him and he told me that my funds were put on hold because I was considered an at risk customer. This is when I realized that I was scammed and my friend lost this much money. I told this Jeff guy to cancel everything and send the money back to me so I could get my friend her money back but even though he reassured me he would I still do not believe that he intends on sending the money back to me.
