It took them more than a month to get my debit card to me when i opened the account. Additionally, they held a paper check that i had deposited for 17 days. The final straw was one day after reviewing my accounts, i saw that a merchant accidentally charged my debit card twice for a purchase. I reported it to the bank, they said they would send a claim form (never did). A few days later my debit card was declined. Called the bank, they said it was their procedure when reporting claims. Since no one had bothered to mention this while i was reporting claim, they decided it was their fault and they reactivated it. A few days later they deactivated it again - again with no warning. Very bad at internal communication, living up to their promises - do not use this bank!!!
