I ordered a 3 in 1 combination charger for my i-Phone 3G on 1/4. It arrived on time, but it never worked. It acted like it was charging (i.E., 2 quick vibes plus charge indicator in top right corner of i-Phone screen when plugged into the wall outlet), but left my i-Phone totally dead after "charging" all night.
I finally made time to report this to i-gear via descriptive e-mail on 1/21. They waited four days to reply and then, when they did reply, it was as if they never read my e-mail. They asked me what the problem was. I re-explained the problem with the wall charger. The next day they asked me to try the car charger. I did, and reported to them the same result (i.E., acts like it charges, but doesnt). The day after that they asked me to find an alternate USB cable and try that to see if it was the cable that was mal-functioning.
