John Rousseau, of Bedford, New Hampshire, is a scam artist and con-artist.
In 2004 he sold a bar called the Breezeway Pub to Corey Corbin. Within days of selling the establishment, he began harrassing the new ownership because one night, he was denied entry to the bar when he tried to get in after legal entry hours.
Mr. Rousseau began a 5-year campaign to find any type of violation by the new owners in order to win ownership of the bar back in court. He continually had his attorney send letters and threats to the new owners - he spread lies and made slanderous and libelous remarks amout the establishment and the new owners.
Mr. Rousseau also, allegedly, sells controlled substances out of his Bedford, New Hampshire home, as many patrons of the Breezeway had informed the new owners.
Mr. Rousseau, on one evening, stood in the middle of Pearl Street, in Manchester, New Hampshire, where the bar is located, and began screaming at the top of his lungs - yelling profanities and such and disrupting the business to the point the police were nearly called to tell him to cease and decist.
Mr. Rousseau now operates a plowing and landscaping company and this is a warning to all those who may consider doing business with Mr. Roussea exactly what kind of business person he is - he does not keep his word, he will file nuisance law suits, and threaten legal action if he feels he isn't getting his way.
I can not strongly enough recommend that you DO NOT do business with Mr. Rousseau in any way, shape or form.
