I ordered a pair of UGG boots 12/26/09, and never received them. I have sent multiple e-mails asking for my boots, now I just want a refund of the $72.00 that was charged to my debit card. They never reply to e-mails, except for generic responses that do not address the problem. The "24/7" on line service has never been on line. They advertise a 15 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee, that they obviously do not use. I just want my money back! And to let others know not to order from this company.
