It has been worse than a problem. They sent the trial sample charge through before it got here Then before that month was out they started sending the $89.98 charge and never sent anymore product which we had cancelled anyway. They sent through 1 credit so we thought it was finally taken care of but 2 days ago another debt hit our account.
This is a scam and a ripoff big time. Can you please help me get this stopped. They won't answer the phone number, email and we know our credit card company can't stop it We are not young and this upsets us very much.
Don't want the product (not getting it anyway) we did what we were told to do to cancel it. It has done no good. What else can we do?
