Poor service and Not honoring warranty

We purchased 2 carpetcleaning devices from Rotovac, one was the Rotovac 360 and Mytee about the first evening useful the Rotovac 360 smashed down, then 5 more occasions afterwards. The Mytee has additionally divided twice, without any assist in fixing these devices. We were informed it had been our issue plus they would not do something to assist us. They'dnot back-up the warranty, despite the fact that these devices were significantly less than annually old, we've per year warranty. They're liars and thieves.
