Store would not replace or refund a defective TV

I purchased a Sony TV model # KDL46VE5 on Jan 20th. I found out next day while settting it up that the TV don't have all HDMI ports working. I called Howard's sales person and he asked me to contact Sony Repair facility. The repair technician came and identified a problem with the main board-mother board. I left messages with Howard to let them know of the technician's findings, nobody would return my call. I went to the store Jan 22 and gave them a copy of technician;s findings and requested a replacement for the TV. Sales person said that his manager Albert had left the store and he will call me back. I called again the next day and talked to Albert and he said he will investigate it further and will let me know when he can replace the TV. He said he will call me back in an hour. I never received a call. I found out from Sony customer relations reresentative that Howard does not want to replace the TV and wants Sony to repair it. I refused to take this defective product. I purchased a new TV and not the refurbished. I want my money ($1154.03) back. At this point in time, I am so up set and disappointed with this store that I will not accept a replacement TV. I will take my business somewhere else.
